Our dogs are thoroughly screened for hereditary health problems prior to breeding, including CERF Eyes, BAER testing, Brucellosis testing and JRTCA vet check, which is part of the JRTCA registration process. Puppies are vet-checked, vaccinated and de-wormed before they are placed with their new owners, and we offer a comprehensive 1 year genetic health guarantee with each puppy that we place, as detailed in our sales contract. In keeping with the policy of our kennel which adheres to all standards for responsible breeding, we require that our pet-quality puppies be spayed or neutered at the appropriate age. This helps us to do our part against irresponsible breeding practices, and to help reduce the growing number of unwanted dogs in shelters throughout the country.
